GOT Marketing Solutions

Let’s get your system set up right.

One form, one sitting. We usually fill it out together on your onboarding call. It’s everything we need to build your system, so you never have to come back to it.

Package & business
What are we setting up for you? *

This sets which questions you’ll see. Website clients get a few extra pages about services, cities, and photos.

Use your exact registered legal name. It’s required for SMS compliance registration.

This is the name your automated texts will show your customers.

Tell us what you do. We tailor the system to your industry.

Business entity type *
Contact & address

LLCs & corporations: best is an email on your own domain (you@yourcompany.com). Carrier registration rejects free Gmail/Yahoo for EIN-based businesses. Sole proprietors: your regular Gmail is exactly right.

Carriers may text a one-time code here during SMS registration. It must be a real mobile number on a phone in your pocket, not a VoIP, Google Voice, or business line. It can be the same as your business phone if that’s a real cell.

Optional, but having one speeds up SMS carrier approval.

Must be a physical street address: no PO boxes (they cause instant SMS registration rejection). Home addresses are fine and can stay hidden from the public.

Is your street address public, or should it stay hidden? *

If you work from home, Google requires the address hidden. This decides whether it appears on your website and Google listing.

SMS compliance
Your SMS automations require a one-time A2P registration with US carriers. This is a legal requirement. Without it, your texts will be blocked. We handle the entire process.

Your 9-digit federal tax ID, on your IRS confirmation letter or any tax filing. Required for LLCs and corporations. No EIN? That’s fine. Sole proprietors register on a different track that doesn’t need one (it actually uses your regular Gmail and personal cell). Heads up: an EIN issued in the last 15 days can fail carrier checks, so tell us if yours is brand new.

Why we need this: US carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) require every business sending SMS to be A2P verified. This one-time process is what lets your system send texts legally. Without it, nothing can send.
Online presence
Google Business Profile status *

Google sets the verification timeline, so it’s the first clock we start. “Not sure” is a fine answer. We’ll check together.

Whoever controls that account controls your profile. If it’s a former agency or a relative, Google sets the transfer timeline, and we start it on day one.

So they can be linked from your site and your Google profile.

The registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Squarespace...) and who can log in. Without this we can’t verify your site with Google, which blocks the whole build. “No domain yet” is a fine answer.

Services & hours

These shape how your text-backs and review requests read, prices included.

One block per service, in your own words: what customers actually call it, not industry jargon. Each one becomes a page on your website. Add as many as you offer (8 to 12 is the sweet spot).

Real numbers matter. “Call for pricing” makes you invisible to the AI assistants people now ask for recommendations, and it kills your FAQ content. A range is fine.

We use this for your Google listing and to time your texts. Include holiday closures. Google shows an “hours may differ” warning that costs you clicks when holidays are missing.

Phone & current setup
Do you have an existing client list? *

Past customers are the cheapest jobs you’ll ever book. A good list is an asset we can put to work.

We migrate what matters so nothing gets lost, and if another tool is already texting your customers, we make sure they never get double-texted.

Is your current business number printed anywhere (truck, signs, business cards)? *

Your automations run on a business number we set up inside your system. If your current number is printed on things, we’ll go over keeping it working seamlessly on your onboarding call.

Tells us when missed-call text-back matters most for you.

Reviews & alerts
Same-day service? *
How will we know a job is finished? *

This matters more than it looks: the “job done” signal is what triggers your automatic review request. No signal, no reviews.

The second a lead comes in or a bad review lands, our system pings this person. Fastest responder wins the job.

Can we reply to reviews on your behalf? *
Where you work
Google doesn’t accept “within 30 miles.” It accepts named cities, and each city you really work in becomes its own page on your site.

Honest rough numbers: this decides which cities get their own page on your site. A city where you’ve done real work gets a real page; a city you’d *like* to work in goes on the waiting list. Up to 20.

From you and your crew’s memory, not a map. This is the local detail competitors can’t fake.

Pricing & limits

Customers ask this constantly. A clear answer on the site saves you the phone calls.

How you operate
Does the customer need to be home? *

One of the top questions customers ask before booking.

Trust & reputation
Check everything that’s true for your business:

Only what’s actually true. These become the trust badges on your site, and we never invent one.

Named, real specifics are a genuine differentiator. Customers and Google both trust them.

Only ones you actually control. A dead profile hurts more than no profile.

What customers ask

In their words, with your real answers if you have a second. These become your site’s FAQ. The local quirks you’d never think to mention are exactly what we’re after.

Do you want commercial work? *

Commercial accounts are usually where the recurring money is. They get their own page and pipeline.

These become a partner outreach list. Repeat referrers beat one-off customers.

Photos
Nothing to upload here. Right after this call, we create a shared photo album for your business and text you the link. You save it to your phone’s home screen and drop job photos in whenever. Fresh photos are real fuel for your Google ranking. Before/after shots and photos from each city you work in are gold.
Do you have a logo file? *

Best format: a transparent PNG. A clean photo of the logo on your truck works as a starting point too.

Can you get a photo of your truck or work setup this week? *
Photo permission *
Consent & agreement
We take compliance seriously. The checkboxes below are required by US law for SMS marketing and protect both you and your clients.
SMS marketing consent *
Information accuracy *
Service agreement *

Your answers save on this device as you go. Your information is private and will only be used to set up your marketing system.

All set.

That’s everything we need. No more forms. Your SMS registration and Google verification are the first things we start, and you’ll hear from us as each piece goes live.
