Now, your website.

Your whole site is built from these answers, so we don’t have to chase you later. Plan on about 20 minutes. It saves on this device as you go, so you can stop and come back.

Your business

Use the same email and phone you signed up with, so your answers land on your account.

How should your website talk about the work? *

Either way, your name is on the About page.

Can your business phone number get texts? *

The number customers call. Your site gets a “text us a photo” button when it can.

It goes on the text buttons on your site and your Google listing.

You and your work

What kind of work is it? *

Anything else your business does besides junk removal. Your junk removal services were picked on the sign-up.

Who does the jobs? *

Your whole site is written around this. “Owner-operated” only goes on it if it’s you.

When did the business start? *

Month and year go on your Google listing as your opening date. A best guess is fine. The day is optional.

What do you haul with? Pick all you use *

Your site’s price estimator shows a truck that fills up as customers pick their stuff. We draw it to look like yours (the first one you pick).

For each truck and trailer: the make, the bed or trailer length, width and height, or how many cubic yards it holds. Rough is fine. Customers want to know how much fits.

Goes in the “how you’ll know it’s me” part of your site, so customers recognize you pulling up.

Your domain

Your domain is your web address, like yourbusiness.com. We need access to point it at your new site and verify it with Google. We never ask for your password.
Where is it registered? *

It’s the company you pay every year for the web address. Check your email for a renewal receipt.

How to give us access. Sign in where your domain is registered and invite gotmarketingsolutions@gmail.com. You stay the owner.

GoDaddy: Account Settings, then Delegate Access, then Invite to Access. Pick the access level that includes Products and Domains.

Namecheap: Domain List, then Manage next to your domain, then Sharing & Transfer, then Share Access.

Squarespace: Domains, open your domain, then Permissions, and invite us.

Cloudflare: Manage Account, then Members, then Invite.

Menus move around sometimes. Stuck? Pick “I need a hand” below and we’ll walk you through it.
Did you invite us? *

If your email runs on this domain, tell us. We make sure it keeps working.

Where you work

From you and your crew’s memory, not a map. This is the local detail competitors can’t fake.

Services & prices

What will you NOT take?

Take it all? Leave these blank and keep going. Customers ask this constantly, so a clear answer on your site saves you the phone calls.

Real numbers matter. “Call for pricing” loses you the customers who are comparing. A range is fine. Every dollar figure on your site comes from your answers here, nothing made up.

(A lower minimum can help AI recommend your business.)

Your price range: what a load costs

A range like $150 to $225 is fine. Leave them blank if you don’t price by the load.

One per line or separated by periods. Leave it blank if the price is the price.

Can a customer get a price by texting you a photo? *

A big part of your site is written around this. If it’s usually yes, pick yes.

Once you give a price, does it hold? *
Are dump fees in your price? *
How do people pay you? *

Where the stuff goes

Customers read this part of a junk site the most. We only name a place you give us here.

Hours & getting to the job

We only write what you tell us. “Sometimes” is a fine, honest answer.
How soon can you usually get to someone? *
Do you carry things out from inside? *
Do you take emergency calls? *

Your site says nothing about emergencies unless you take them. Only pick “any time” if you really pick up at 2am.

Insurance & license

Only what’s true. Your certificate never goes on your site, and we never write a claim you didn’t give us.
Are you insured? *

Add a photo of your certificate in the Photos step. Until we’ve seen it, your site just says “Insured”.

Do you hold a license or permit for this work? *

Add a photo of it in the Photos step too.

In your own words

These make your site sound like you, not an agency. Write it the way you’d say it. We write around your words, never over them.
Your About page. Customers and Google both look for the real person behind a business. Answer the next few like you’re talking to someone, a couple of sentences each. Together they become your About page, in your words.

Skip it if you’d rather keep it private.

Write it all as “I”. It goes on your site in your words.

A catchphrase you’d put on your truck. Short and in your words.

Photos

Phone photos are fine. Daylight, phone held sideways. Real photos of your real truck beat stock photos every time.
The ones that matter most.
1. You at your truck. Have someone else take it, you at the driver’s door.
2. One wide shot of the loaded truck, phone sideways, logo showing if it has one. It runs across the top of your home page.
3. Two or three of you or your crew working.
4. Six before and after pairs. Take the before, stay in the same spot, take the after.
5. Your logo.
6. A photo of your insurance certificate or license, if you have one. It never goes on your site.
Your logo *

A PNG or a clear photo of the logo on your truck both work. No logo? Your business name becomes the logo.

Add photos (as many as you have)
  1. Tap the button below.
  2. Pick your photos. You can pick lots at once.
  3. Wait for each one to say Sent. That’s it, nothing else to press.

Photos only, up to 10 MB each. They send as soon as you pick them.

Google Photos: open the album, tap Share, then Create link. Google Drive: tap Share, set it to “Anyone with the link”, then Copy link. iCloud: open the album, tap the people icon, turn on Public Website, then Share Link.

    Photos first *
    Photo permission *
