We are three best friends, born and raised in Topanga, California. We build the two things a local service business actually runs on: getting found on Google, and never losing the customers who already found you.
01 · How GOT started
GOT is three best friends, born and raised in Topanga. Odin came up welding. Gabe came up in electrical. Theo built concert tours, working the road city after city.
All three of us were clocking into somebody else’s clock, watching the best hours of the week disappear into work that wasn’t ours. We wanted to build something that added value to our own lives and other people’s at the same time.
And we’d heard the agency horror stories. Companies that take the money, lock up the accounts, and stop answering the phone. We built GOT to be the opposite. A company people can actually trust, run by people you can actually reach. This is more than a paycheck to us.
02 · What we believe
Plenty of review tools quietly screen for happy customers before asking for a public review. We don’t. Everyone gets the same request, with a way to tell you privately if something went wrong. It’s the only version that’s honest, and the only version Google allows.
Month-to-month, no contract, no setup fee, no cancellation call. If the work stops being worth the money, you should be able to walk without a fight. That keeps the pressure where it belongs: on us.
We don’t publish invented statistics, borrowed testimonials, or timelines we don’t control. Carriers and Google set their own verification schedules. We start on day one and tell you where things actually stand.
03 · How we work
There’s no account manager, no ticket queue, and nobody between you and the person who built your system.
We fill out the setup form together on a call: everything we need, once, instead of a homework packet you never finish.
Carrier texting registration, Google Business Profile verification, the wiring behind all of it. The parts that are tedious and easy to get wrong are ours.
When something breaks or you want a change, you text or email one of us. We answer our own messages.
04 · Why local service businesses
A local service business gets hired on Google and on the phone. Most of the rest is noise.
We came up in welding, electrical, and live production, so we know the phone rings while your hands are full. Most marketing is built for people who sit at a desk all day and can answer an email in four minutes. That isn’t this. You’re under a truck, on a roof, in somebody’s crawlspace. And the customer who called while you were down there has already dialled the next name on the list.
So we build for the two moments that decide whether you get the job: whether you come up when somebody searches, and what happens in the ninety seconds after they call. Everything we sell is one of those two things.
