Junk Removal SEO + Website · $297/mo

Junk removal SEO. A page for every job you do and every town you haul in.

A lot of the junk removal sites we audit are one page, and one page can rank for one thing. We build a page for every service and every town you haul in, handle your Google Business Profile, and run the whole Automation System underneath it. $297 a month. No contract.

One form, one sitting. No payment today. The form just tells us what to build.

01 · What we keep finding

The same six problems, on hauler after hauler.

We audit junk removal websites before we ever pick up the phone. These come up over and over, on companies doing good work.

  • One page for the whole business.

Couch removal, appliances, hot tubs, estate cleanouts, construction debris, all in one paragraph. Google matches a search to a page. One page can only match one search.

  • No city pages.

The truck works twelve towns and the site names one. Every other town is a search you can’t come up for.

  • The Google profile is filed wrong, or never claimed.

Listed as a landscaper. Listed at a home address. Or sitting unclaimed with a “Claim this business” button on it, waiting for anyone to press it.

  • Template leftovers.

A stock “CEO” who doesn’t exist. Pages for services you don’t offer. Another company’s name still in the footer from whoever built it last.

  • Numbers that don’t match.

One phone number on the site, a different one on Google, a third on an old directory. When the versions disagree, Google has to guess which one is really you.

  • “Call for a quote” and nothing else.

The customer wants a ballpark before they call. If your site won’t give one, the next site will, and they call that one first.

None of this is hard to fix. It just has to be built on purpose, one page at a time.

02 · What we build

A junk removal website with a page for every job and town

Written from your own answers on one call. Your services, your prices, the cities you’ve actually hauled in, the questions customers ask you on the phone. How many pages does a junk removal website need?

01

Service pages

Furniture removal, appliance removal, mattress pickup, hot tub removal, estate cleanouts, garage cleanouts, construction debris, yard waste. Each one its own page, with what the job involves, how you price it, and what happens to the stuff after.

02

City pages

One for each town you haul in, and only the ones you’ve actually worked. A city page that can name the neighborhoods, the dump you run to, and the jobs you’ve done there has something real to say. That’s the kind of page Google can match to a search.

03

Pricing, reviews, what we take

A pricing page that explains how you charge, by the load or by the item, so the customer calls already knowing the ballpark. A reviews page with your real reviews. A “what we take” page, because customers want to know what you haul before they call.

The site’s quote form is wired straight to your phone. Hosting and updates are included. When you add hot tubs, raise your minimum, or start working a new town, you tell us and the site changes. You never get handed a login and a manual.

03 · A real one

What it looks like built

Salt City Junk Haulers runs the Salt Lake valley. The site we built for them has a page for each of the 25 services they sell and a page for each of the 12 cities they haul in most, plus a pricing page, a reviews page, and a what-we-take page. It’s built around the owner’s own services, prices and towns.

Go click around it. That’s the build. Yours would be written from your jobs, your prices, and your towns. Everything we’ve built is on the work page.

04 · The map

Your Google Business Profile, set up like a hauler’s

A lot of junk removal calls start on the map. The profile has to be right before the website can help it.

First it gets verified. Google runs that on its own schedule and nobody can shortcut it, but we start it on day one and handle the back-and-forth.

Then it gets filled out the way a junk removal profile should be. The right primary category. Set up as a service-area business, so your home address stays off the map. Every service listed and described, hours, and the towns you cover.

Then it gets kept alive. Regular photos of real loads from real jobs, so anyone checking sees a company that’s out working. Reviews landing from the automation after every finished job. And when your hours or services change, they change here too.

05 · Also included

The whole Automation System is in there too

You’re loading a truck when the phone rings. The entire $97 Automation System is built into this plan, so the call that goes to voicemail still gets a text back before they dial the next hauler.

  • Missed-call text-back
  • Review requests after every job
  • Legal texting registration handled (A2P)
  • Every lead and customer in one inbox

That’s the $97 plan in full, and it’s all part of the $297.

06 · Pricing

What it costs

If all you want is the phone side handled, that’s the $97 Automation System on its own. Missed calls, reviews, one inbox. This plan already contains it, so there’s nothing to buy twice and nothing to upgrade into later. Both plans side by side are on the pricing page.

The three sites on our work page are all junk removal companies. Go click around them before you decide.

07 · Questions

The ones haulers ask first.

All questions

I already have a site. What happens to it?

Usually the new site replaces it. We build it alongside your old one and switch your domain over when it’s ready. Your domain stays yours the whole time. On the onboarding call we tell you straight whether any of the old site is worth keeping.

I only haul in two towns.

Then you get two city pages. A city page only goes up where you’ve actually done jobs. Fewer pages done right beat a hundred pages of fluff.

Do I have to write anything?

No. One call. You tell us what you take, what you charge, and where you go. We write everything from that.

When will I come up on Google?

Nobody honest can promise you a date or a position. Google and the carriers run their own clocks. We start on day one and you always know where each piece stands.

Somebody near you is searching “junk removal” right now.

The only question is whose page comes up. One onboarding call, one sitting. Then we get to work.
