Maximize your online presence and organic lead flow.

For the local service business that does good work and still doesn’t come up on Google. A real website built from your real jobs, your Google Business Profile handled properly, and the whole Automation System running underneath it. $297 a month. No contract. Cancel anytime.

One form, one sitting. No payment today. The form just tells us what to build.

01 · What we build

A website built to rank

Not a template with your logo dropped into it.

It starts on one onboarding call, where we take down the real thing: the services you actually sell, what you actually charge, the cities you’ve actually worked in, and the questions customers ask you on the phone. That call is the raw material. The site gets written from it, in your words, not ours.

Then it gets built a page at a time. Every service you sell gets its own page: what the job involves, how you price it, what a customer should expect. Not one “Services” page that gives each job a single line. A city gets a page only where you’ve genuinely done jobs, and that page can say something specific because there’s something specific to say.

That’s what “built to rank” means in practice. Google matches a search to a page, not to a business. So if someone types a service and a town, there has to be a page about that service in that town for them to land on. One page for each thing you want to be found for, titled and written the way people actually search, linked to the rest of the site so nothing sits stranded. Not copy spun to hit a keyword count.

Fewer pages done right beat a hundred pages of fluff, for Google and for the customer reading them.

The site’s lead form is wired straight to your phone, and the Automation System texts that lead back the moment it lands, so a form filled in while your hands are full doesn’t sit there going cold. Hosting and updates are included: when your prices change, when you add a service, when you start working a new city, you tell us and the site changes. You don’t get handed a login and a manual.

02 · Local search

Your Google Business Profile

The profile is what fills the map results, and it’s what a customer sizes you up on before they ever reach your website: the stars, the photos, the hours, whether you look like a business that’s still going.

First it has to be verified. Google runs that process on its own schedule and nobody can shortcut it, but we start it on day one and we handle the back-and-forth so it doesn’t land on your desk.

Then it gets filled out the way it’s meant to be: the right primary category, every service listed and described, hours, service area, and the fields most owners leave blank because nobody ever told them they counted. A half-finished profile is a profile Google can only half read.

After that it gets kept alive. Regular photo updates from your actual jobs, so anyone who checks sees a company that’s working. Reviews landing from the automation. And when your hours or your services change, they change here too, not just on the website.

03 · Local SEO

The local SEO work

Three things happen under the hood. Here’s each one in plain English.

01

Schema

Structured data: code inside the page that spells out for Google what the business is, which services it offers, where it works and what it charges, instead of leaving it to infer all that from your sentences. The page you’re reading right now has it. So will yours.

02

Listings

Your business name, address and phone number have to read the same everywhere they appear: your site, your Google profile, the directories that picked you up years ago and got a digit wrong. When the versions disagree, Google has to decide which one is really you. We find the mismatches and line them up.

03

Technical work

The unglamorous part: pages that load on a phone with two bars of signal, headings in the right order, images that don’t stall the screen, no dead links, and a sitemap so Google can find every page you have. None of it is visible to a customer. All of it counts.

And then it keeps happening

A website isn’t furniture. Your business changes, your competitors keep working, and Google keeps looking. So the work carries on every month, on the same $297:

  • New pages when you add a service or start working a new city
  • Prices and service copy updated when they change
  • Schema kept accurate as the business changes
  • Listings kept in sync everywhere they appear
  • Dead links and page errors found and fixed
  • Hosting and site updates handled

04 · Why monthly

How it compounds

None of it works alone. The profile and the pages bring the calls in. The automation catches the ones you can’t pick up and turns finished jobs into reviews. Those reviews land right back on the profile that brought the call in the first place.

The reviews

Reviews come in from the automation and make the profile worth clicking.

The photo updates

Regular photo updates keep the profile looking like a business that’s on the job.

The pages

The website gives Google real pages to rank and gives the customer somewhere solid to land.

Every month builds on the last, and the longer it runs, the harder it is for the next guy to catch up.

That’s also why this is a monthly plan and not a one-time build. A site that gets put up once and left alone quietly stops describing the business it was built for.

05 · Also included

The whole Automation System is in there too

There’s no point being easy to find if the call goes to voicemail. So the entire $97 Automation System is built into this plan. Not an add-on, not a discount, just in there:

  • Missed-call text-back
  • Review requests after every job
  • Legal texting registration handled (A2P)
  • Every lead and customer in one inbox

That’s the $97 plan in full, and it’s all part of the $297.

06 · Getting started

How this gets built

You have one job in all of this, and it’s the first one. Everything after the call is ours.

  1. One call.

We fill out the setup form together: services, prices, the cities you work, your photos, the questions you get asked. One sitting, and we have what we need to write the site.

  2. We build.

Pages written and put up, schema and listings sorted, your Business Profile submitted for verification, your texting registered with the carriers, the automations wired to your number. We start on day one. The carriers and Google run their own clocks, and you’ll always know where each piece stands.

  3. Then we keep going.

New pages when the business changes, photos on the profile, listings in sync, reviews coming in off finished jobs. You go back to working. We keep the rest moving.

07 · Pricing

What it costs

If all you want is the phone side handled, that’s the $97 Automation System on its own: missed calls, reviews, one inbox. This plan already contains it, so there’s nothing to buy twice and nothing to upgrade into later.

Get started

The searching is already happening.

The only question is whose name comes up. One onboarding call, one sitting. Then we get to work.
