Automation System · $97/mo

Stop losing jobs to your voicemail.

You’re on a job. Your phone rings twice and stops. That caller is already dialing the next business on Google. The Automation System is the safety net that picks up where you can’t: it texts every missed call back, asks every finished job for a review, and keeps every lead in one place.

No contract. No setup fee. Cancel anytime.

01 · What’s included

What $97 a month gets you

One price, one setup. Everything on this list is in the plan: there’s no starter tier, no add-ons to buy later, and no fee to get in the door.

  • A text back on every missed call, from your own business number
  • A review request after every finished job, plus an alert if a bad one lands
  • Your texting registered with the carriers (A2P) and kept compliant
  • Every call, text and lead in one inbox you can work from your phone

Each one is explained below: what it is, what it does, and what it needs from you. Mostly nothing.

02 · The system, live

Watch what happens now when you can’t pick up.

This is what runs the moment a call goes unanswered. Nobody on your crew types a word. The system carries it from missed call to posted review.

Most callers won’t leave a voicemail. They will answer a text.

  1. The missed call

You’re on a job. The system catches the call you couldn’t take.

  2. The text-back

The customer hears from you in seconds, before they dial the next guy.

  3. The review

Job’s done. The ask goes out while the work is fresh.

03 · When you can’t pick up

Missed-call text-back

You can’t answer the phone with your hands full. Most callers won’t leave a voicemail. They call the next name on the list. Missed-call text-back closes that gap: the moment a call goes unanswered, the caller gets a text from your business number, so the conversation starts before they move on.

It runs on every missed call: mid-job, after hours, phone buried in the truck. When they text back, the thread lands in your inbox with their number attached, and you answer when you get a minute. Nothing to press, nothing to remember, and no one on your crew has to type a word for it to happen.

04 · After every job

The Google review engine

People who are happy with the work rarely think to say so in public. The ones who post without being asked are usually the ones with a complaint. The Google review engine evens that out: after every finished job, your customer gets one text asking how it went, while the work is still fresh in their head.

Every customer gets the identical message: the happy ones, the quiet ones, and the ones you’d rather not hear from. Filtering people first and only showing the Google link to the ones who liked you is called review gating, and it’s against Google’s rules and the FTC’s. So the same text carries both doors: reply here if something was off, or leave a review if it wasn’t.

If someone replies with a problem, it lands in your inbox where you can still fix it, usually before it ever becomes a review. If a bad one posts anyway, you get an alert so you can respond publicly while it counts. A complaint the owner answered reads very differently to the next customer than one left sitting there. Your part is doing the job. The ask goes out on its own.

05 · The rest of the system

The pieces you never have to worry about

Two more things the $97 covers. Both run without you.

Legal texting, handled

Business texting has rules, and breaking them gets your messages blocked as spam. Carriers require every business that texts customers to register and prove it’s real first. That’s A2P, and it’s the only reason we ask for your EIN. We file it and deal with the carriers. After that, texts only go out between 8am and 8pm, and anyone who replies STOP is opted out automatically, every time. You get the texting without the compliance headache.

One inbox for all of it

Every missed call, every text-back, every review request: one thread per customer, one inbox, on the phone that’s already in your pocket. No numbers written on the back of a receipt. You can see who called, who replied, and who’s still waiting on you, and answer from the same place.

06 · Setup

What you do. What we do.

You give us one call and an EIN. We build the rest. No software to learn, nothing to install, no new number to hand out.

What you do

  • Get on one call. We fill out the setup form together: your services, your hours, your Google profile.
  • Send your EIN. That’s what the carriers need to register your texting.
  • Keep working. That’s the whole job.

What we do

  • Register your texting with the carriers (A2P) and keep it compliant.
  • Wire up your number and write the messages to sound like you, not like a robot.
  • Point the review link at your Google profile.
  • Change the wording any time you text us.

When every piece goes live is partly out of our hands: carriers approve the texting registration on their clock, and Google verifies on theirs. We start everything on day one and tell you where each piece stands. We won’t invent a date to close the sale.

07 · The fit

Who this is for

You’re the one doing the work. Which means you’re the one missing the calls.

You run a local service business. You don’t need another app to babysit. You need a safety net under the phone while your hands are full. That’s what this is: it runs quietly in the background, on the number you already give out, and it doesn’t ask you to change how you work.

It fits best if calls come in while you’re on a job, if your Google profile has fewer reviews than the work deserves, and if following up is something you get to when you get to it.

And if you already have someone answering the phone all day? Then the expensive part is covered, and this will matter less to you. We’d rather tell you that now than take the $97.

Word of mouth still sends the calls. This makes sure you don’t miss them.

What’s not in it: a website, and the SEO work that gets one ranking. This plan handles the phone and the reputation. It doesn’t get you found in the first place. It makes sure nothing slips once you are.

If you want the finding-you part too, that’s SEO + Website at $297 a month: a site built to rank, service pages, city pages where you’ve actually worked, your Business Profile verified and optimized. It includes everything on this page. Nothing gets bought twice, and you can start here and move up later.
